Shipping Information
- All US parcels are delivered with USPS, DHL or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery.
- Shipping times may vary according to courier time frames or zones and does not include order processing time.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am – 2:00pm PST.
- Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a large promotion taking place.
- In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
- ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
- This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
- Shop CRWND will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift” to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

RETURN
Returns and Exchanges T&C’s
- Returns are accepted within a 30-day window.
- Return Shipping Labels are exclusively available for US customers. If you are returning an item from outside the US, please purchase a return shipping label from your local post office.
- Face masks, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and not redeemable for cash.
- Exchanges are only available for domestic orders within the US. International customers have the option to request a store credit or refund only.
- Ensure all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, and casing. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
- A $6.95 handling fee is automatically deducted from your refund or store credit when submitting a return via our returns portal. If requesting an exchange, you will be required to pay the shipping fee when submitting your return.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
- If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned.
ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Change of Mind – Not in Love
You can return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days if you change your mind, provided that your item meets the required terms and conditions.
Important Information:
- Melbourne DFO and Brisbane DFO stores will not accept returns for online or flagship store purchases.
- Online refunds can only be processed if the customer returns the item by following our online return steps for return shipments.
To initiate your return, please ensure you provide:
- Returned goods (online or in-store) with all original tags attached.
- Payment details (refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase).
*Goods that have been worn or display any foreign odors will not be accepted for change of mind. You must return all goods with original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Face Mask;
- Swimwear;
- Underwear;
- Gift Cards;
- Final Sale Items;
- Earrings
*For returns due to change of mind, you must cover the postage costs OR return instore for a store credit or exchange ONLY.
When returning goods please ensure;
- All items are securely packaged and arrive in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, and casing.
- Shoes and hats must be sent back in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please do not tape or mark the original shoebox.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of return. This excludes returns under the FREE SHOE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES and exchanges policy.
Please note: Exchange requests are not held. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the item being returned.
IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- You can return your items at your nearest Shop CRWND store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases
- Customers will need to provide an online order confirmation email as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc)
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Include your order number along with any relevant photos and information regarding the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
Once we have investigated your concern, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
*We will provide a free return label for all faulty or incorrectly received items, however, you need to ensure you contact and report the discrepancy before you process a return.
If you have purchased an item from Shop CRWND that is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you may return it for inspection. Upon review, you may request one of the following options:
- Full Refund
- Replacement
- Store Credit
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK
- If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift
- I ordered a bundle, can I return part of it? You are only required to send back the item you would like to return if it was a part of a bundle! However, we can only offer size exchange for the same item or store credit for the amount you’ve paid for that item.
