RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied, Shop CRWND will be happy to offer a return or exchange on your merchandise (unworn) within 14 days of purchase (certain restrictions apply).

Returning Online Orders – Online orders can be returned to our principal location.

Exchanges – Our product selection changes frequently, meaning that often replacement product is not available. If the product is not available then you must return product for refund and if replacement product is still available, place a new order. Limited edition and sale items cannot be returned. 

Return Shipping Cost – Although you pay no shipping fees to return your product, in most cases, $7 will be deducted from your refund. For product that includes free returns, nothing will be deducted from your refund.

FINAL SALE– Sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items purchased on sale.

Provided you have received a valid Return Authorization (“RA”) number from us, any item purchased from our website can be returned within fourteen (14) days after the shipment arrival date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Returns attempted after fourteen (14) days will not be accepted.

In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RA number. You will be asked to supply the following information:

  • Order Number.
  • Full Name.
  • Phone Number.
  • E-Mail Address.
  • Mailing Address.
  • Reason of Return.

Once your return has been authorized (typically within two (2) business days), you will be provided with an RA number. Please write the RA number on both the inside and outside of the original package. The return address will be emailed along with your RA Number.

We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt from the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within the same business day after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.

For exchanges, please follow the above return policy, and then place a new replacement order online.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return and that they are bad gift givers. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will try our best to respond to all emails within 1 business day and voicemails within 2 business days. Due to volume and demand, please be patient as our customer service team works.

Voicemails will be followed up with via email. Please note, our team cannot assist in placing orders over the phone and any voicemail left without an order number or email cannot be returned.
